Walk barefoot in Shoes

Think the TV spot "It's nice to Fool Mother Nature?" Well, Mother Nature, they run for us in our bare feet on soft ground such as dirt or grass. Two or three times a year you buy a walk / running shoes that cost hundreds of dollars. We give this money to protect our feet, because after flattening the earth and covered with cement, was suddenly hard to take the floor for our feet. Since then, our environment continues to change,thus the need for a soft, cushioned shoes, the impact on our feet and the joints decrease as you walk. I am barefoot around my house because I know to build the muscles that I use does not necessarily where I take my shoes for walking outdoors.

I read that people are experimenting with going barefoot. There are also a couple of marathons barefoot. Most of us have feet of the race and must be protected from cuts and wounds. However, there are someManufacturers, who created the shoes offer the same advantages in bare feet. These shoes combine the benefits of walking barefoot with soft padding and protection for walks in the necessary "concrete city".

You might think that is great and you get the "barefoot" shoes off and walk. However, some barefoot exercise will take place, why not use them.
